I/We am/are therefore not liable for registration under GST in terms of Section 22(1) of the Central / State (Name of State) Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.

In case it is found that my above declaration is incorrect, I/We shall be personally held liable for payment of GST and shall indemnify your company from any demand raised by GST authorities.

I/We further declare that in case my aggregate value of supply exceeds Rs. 20 Lakhs during the current year, I/We shall obtain GST registration and provide the registration number to you.
