Sub: Declaration for Exemption from Goods and Service Tax

I/we hereby confirm and declare that:

a. Total Value of taxable supply of goods and services supplied by me/us during the previous Financial Year have not exceeded Rs. 20.00 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty lakhs) and

b. Total Value of taxable supply of goods and services to be supplied by me/us during the current Financial Year shall not exceed Rs. 20.00 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty lakhs).

I/We am/are therefore not liable for registered under GST in terms of Section 22(1) of the Central / State Gujarat Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.

In case, it is found that my above declaration is incorrect, I/We hereby state that I/we shall be personally held liable for payment of Goods and Service tax and shall indemnify your company from any demand of tax from Goods and Service tax authorities in respect of payment received by me/us from your company.

I/We further declare that in case my aggregate value of supply of goods or services or both exceed Rs. 20 lakhs (Rupees Twenty lakhs) during the current year, I/we shall obtain the registration under GST in terms of and shall provide the registration number to you.
